RETURN & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are our updated policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all original materials and fluids.
  • Items with altered, missing, or mismatched serial numbers are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Installed or used items are not eligible for return.
  • A return authorization must be requested before returning any items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@quantumgear.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Fraudulent or Dishonest Returns

If any item is returned with signs of tampering, substitution, or intentional damage:

  • We reserve the right to deny the return and refuse a refund.
  • Any such return may result in legal action, including the recovery of associated costs, such as attorney fees and court expenses.

Legal Expenses

If a return involves fraudulent activity, intentional damage, or a violation of our return policy, the customer may be held liable for any related costs, including but not limited to:

  • Investigation and processing fees.
  • Attorney fees.
  • Court and recovery costs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
