We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all original materials and fluids.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns due to buyer's error, change of mind, or other similar reasons.
  • Installed items are not eligible for return.
  • A return authorization must be requested before returning any items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@quantumgear.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
